Key Highlights: The license is located to the south-southeast of the Jwaneng Mine area and the town of Jwaneng. The area is accessed by the Gaborone-Kang tar road and tracks/cut lines from previous exploration. The selection of the licence locations was based on reviews which suggested potential alluvial and pipe deposits in these license areas; known kimberlite occurrences in the area are also of interest, technological advancements in mineral exploration technics and infrastructure give an advantage to reprocess and reinterpret historical data sets. The proximity of the prospect to the world’s largest diamond producing mines was also a major factor in selection of the claims.
